Commission Pricing

Ensure you have read my terms of service before commissioning! I prefer to be most on board with you during this process of making your idea come to life.These are estimates. Contact me for an accurate quote. Prices may be higher depending on complexity or time.Current price for YCH custom avatars with same features as Customizable Rexes / Deuzears: $140 usd
(Includes custom texture, much better value than regular)

Base Price

Ensure you've talked to me and showed me your ref so we can decide on a fair price for you, such as negotiating for a complexity fee or extra work.This base price includes the full avatar, paints, and quest conversion.
Pricing model: Rig refers to the avatar unity build, and textures refers to the body paint. Assets that need painting are free unless complex.Extra assets cost more, see below.
Blenshape modifications (bigger thigs, hips, face shape etc.) are free.

Assets and Clothing

Custom assets are welcome. Look in places such as Rexouium Assets Gumroad or vrcmods to discover extra custom assets.I may ask for proof of ownership for assets. See my terms and conditions.If you are choosing a non-rexouium avatar, ensure the asset is made for the avatar before making your purchase. It will count as a user submitted asset.

  • Basic Single-Toggle Asset: First Free, then $4 each (select from list)

  • Baggy Hoodie, Hoodie, Crop-Top Hoodie, Harness, Full Body Harness, Underwear, Arm Warmers, Leg Warmers, Collar, Cuff Collar, Cuffs, Piercings, Scarf, Antlers, Suits, Latex/Formal, Overalls, Several Hair models (upon request)

Sticker Printing

I now offer sticker printing as a service due to the lack of furry-friendly sticker printing services. I can do delivery at local cons when announced (ie FE, Canfur, Howl)

Pricing

5 sheets: 25$
10 sheets: 35$5 sheets: 60 - 120 stickers depending on size.
(5cm no easy peel: approx 85-100)

Specs

I can customize your stickers any way you want. They comprise of a base layer and a cover vinyl layer.
All of the stickers are water resistant.Base Layers:
- Glossy Pro Photo (highest quality print)
- Panda Paper Matte (for less reflective, thick stickers)
- Silvers (reflective and plastic based)Vinyls:
- Pro Clear Glossy (standard / most popular, durable)
Holographic Vinyls:
- Clean holo
- Fragments
- Stars
- Hearts
- DotsYou can also choose no vinyl for paper-feel stickers. They won't be as durable.

Place an Order

Let's get it printed! Here's what I need from you:1: How many sheets? Or if goal sticker count, how many?
2: How many different pictures/sticker variations (Or, send the photos as attachments. No need to remove background, I can handle it. Max of 10 before extra charge)
3: How big? (standard: 5cm, quite small 4cm, huge 6cm. Size will greatly impact the number of stickers if paying by sheet)
4: Base Material? (recommended: glossy)
5: Vinyl Material? (you can pick multiple vinyl materials to split your pack up into multiple variations at no extra cost)
6: Sticker Type? (Regular, or easy-peel. Easy peel adds a small border to stickers that makes it much easier to peel. Will slightly reduce sticker output)
7: Delivery Date (Free for Conventions: Pickup Friday evening or Saturday noon. Or, local furmeets. I can also ship further within a week at an extra cost)Once confirmed you'll recieve updates until they are delivered.


Delivery guarantee: Pay at arrival cash or ET. I can deliver at conventions. If you do not recieve your product in time, or if you are dissatisfied for the product not being precisely what you ordered, you will not need to pay anything :)I will watermark the backing of stickers unless requested otherwise. If you want a custom backing at a small surcharge I can do so at special request.

Terms of Service

Here are my terms. They are quite regular, but please make sure you are on board with me about our boundaries before contacting me for a commission.

What I can do, that is generally uncommon

  • Large/Small/Tiny/Giant avatars

  • Non-Ref Avatar Ideas

  • Androgynous avatars

  • Meme-related avatars

  • Custom Models (Only jewelry or accessories)

  • Unity Scipts / Tools

  • Basic Shaders

Ask me before including

  • Possibly nauseating screen effects or shaders

  • Animation creating (custom poses / keyframing)

  • Trademarked/non-owned characters

  • War-themed characters (inc. weapons or injuries)

  • World / Screen Shaders

  • Copyrighted Content

  • "Crashers" or intentional bug scripts

What I will refuse to do

  • Racist avatars

  • Child/Baby-themed avatars

  • Homophobic / Transphobic avatars

  • Religious material (Jewelry is acceptable, but I will not make the 3D models for them.)

  • Harmony Scipts (editing VRCSDK)

Agreements

  • By commissioning me you agree that you're putting your trust in me to create you a product that is of deemed quality. I can change my terms or relations at any time, but wish to guarantee you good service and communication.

  • I take commissions assuming that you already own the assets involved in this commission. If you don’t, please let me know and I will direct you to the right places to get them.

  • You are allowed to modify the files after I work with them. It is your character/script and you have full rights to it. However, I am sometimes uncomfortable "fixing" or "replacing" avatars that have been worked on by another artist.

  • I may use your commission as an example for other commissions through screenshots and non-wearable models. (statues) All examples are SFW.

  • You may request edits to my work as you please. I will often send updates 4 or 5 times before the commission is complete, and you can request additional changes once it is complete before you receive the final product but you may encounter extra fees.

  • If I find that your commission is taking abnormally long due to lack of agreement / having to redo things several times I will try to ask you to precisely draft up an outline of the fix you want, please take this as a hint that my patience is drying up. I can refuse changes past a certain point deemed needing more than my own skills to handle. I can also cancel commissions during this process if there are further disagreements.

  • I can cancel your commission at any time. Partial refunds (up to 80%, due to fees) will be provided only if work has not begun. All successful payments are considered final confirmation of intent. If a commission is cancelled by me for any reason the balance can be considered credit for future use by you. Up to my discretion, I can give you up to a 50% refund during the production phase but all work will cease immediately and you will get at most the files for your continuation.

  • I quest convert avatars to my best ability. The avatar's quality is only guaranteed for PC version. You may specify what portion of the avatar I can focus on questifying but if not specified I will trim down the avatar to fit in VRChat's 10Mb limit to the best of my abilities.

  • I do not like to screenshare / call throughout the entirety of the project. I like to sometimes call and share my screen to decide things with you, but feel very uncomfortable and pressured when constantly being watched, so please do not ask me to do that.

  • I have full rights to work with your character/scripts/shaders and do not assume responsibility for copyright / other legal issues involved with it's creation. I will not use your character for any personal or commercial use outside of the commission and example/advertising use.

Auction TOS

1: You must be ready to pay with stripe immediately as the auction ends. A 50-50% payment plan is accepted if it's over 150$. 100% must be paid before unity work is completed.2: You must follow all my terms and conditions present as if it is a commission for you3: No extra features will be added unless you specifically request for, which will be added onto the final price. Complex ref fees may also be charged.4: Backing out of an auction will get you banned from this server and participating in any more of my auctions or commissions5: Asset price is included in bid, when you win the auction, you are expected to pay the price you bidded minus the asset fee I give you; which will be paid to the asset's respective owners.6: If you wish to anonymously bid, DM me your bid. I'll try to update the bid as fast as possible, but if I'm offline and someone beats your DM bid I cannot reverse that.7: You must have a reference sheet OR basic color palette if you want the custom portion of this auction8: If a second character is also being sold (such as a color pallete choice character), you will get access to it's textures and you can also ask me to upload it to a different person's account for you.
